Support questions
Before you send the form.
These boundaries protect both the shared workspace and the person asking for help.
Do I need an account to contact support?
No. You can use the support form without signing in. If the question concerns an existing account, include the account ID and the verified email address used to sign in.
What should I include for a technical issue?
Include the account ID, the contact or document involved, the action you were taking, the exact message shown, the approximate time and the browser or device used.
Should I send my password or verification link?
No. My Contacts Cloud support never needs your password, reset link, invitation link, verification token or full payment-card details.
Who can ask for team or billing changes?
Only the workspace owner can manage members, plans and subscription. Members can still ask for product help, but support cannot use a member request to change ownership or billing.
Can support help with Paddle billing or refunds?
Yes. Include the account email and Paddle transaction or invoice reference when available. Paddle handles payment, tax, invoice and refund processing for Paddle purchases.
Does cancelling a subscription delete the workspace?
No. Cancelling renewal and deleting an account are separate actions. Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of the paid period; account deletion requires its own explicit confirmation.
